Report a bug
Tell us the page, what you did, what you expected, and your browser and device. A screenshot helps a lot.
Flag a wrong result
Send the inputs you used and the answer you expected. We check every reported calculation error.
Request a tool
Need a calculator or converter we don't have yet? Describe the task — many of our tools started as requests.
Privacy questions
Ask about how the site handles data, or make a request under our Privacy Policy.
Business and partnerships
For partnerships, press or other business enquiries, use the same address and put "Business" in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
Before you write
- Please don't send your files. Our tools process files in your browser, and we never need your documents to look into a problem — a description of the file (type, size, page count) is enough.
- Never send passwords or financial details. We will never ask for them.
- Many common questions are answered in the FAQ at the bottom of each tool page, and in our guides.
When to expect a reply
We're a small team and read every message. We aim to reply within a few business days; bug reports and calculation errors get priority.
