About DailyUtils

Free, fast tools for everyday tasks — built to run in your browser, so your files and numbers stay on your device.

DailyUtils is a collection of 320+ free web tools across 19 categories: financial and health calculators, PDF and video editors, image converters, CSV and JSON utilities, a resume builder, business document generators and a few games for when you need a break. Every tool opens instantly, works on phones and desktops, and asks for nothing — no account, no email address, no paywall.

Why we built it

Most "free" online tools ask you to upload your file to someone else's server, wait in a queue, and then sign up to download the result. For a bank statement, a medical form or a contract, that is a lot of trust to hand over just to merge two PDFs. DailyUtils takes the other route: modern browsers are powerful enough to do this work themselves, so almost every tool here processes your data locally, on your own device.

What we stand for

Private by design

PDFs, images, videos and spreadsheets are processed inside your browser tab. They are never uploaded to our servers.

Free, with no sign-up

Every tool is free to use with no account, no watermark on your output and no limit on how often you use it.

Accurate and explained

Calculators show their formulas and assumptions, and yearly figures such as tax brackets are reviewed when they change.

Fast everywhere

Pages are lightweight, work on mobile, and keep working without a round trip to a server once they have loaded.

Who we are

DailyUtils is built and maintained by a small independent team, the DailyUtils Team. We write the tools, test the calculators against worked examples, and publish the guides on the blog. We fund the site ourselves and keep it free.

A note on advice

Our calculators give estimates for planning and learning. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. For decisions that matter, check the result with a qualified professional.
